AEIP CRM and Public Portal

AEIP was one of the first social services to be delivered online in BC. With the majority of users living in China, it was a challenge to get the website to work in China and Canada. I've been involved with the project from the outset and I've worked with a team of developers to improve and iterate on the UX and UI.

The AEIP web platform provides online services to eligible immigrants in the form of workshops, resource libraries, consultation and comprehensive needs assessment.

My role in the project was to code the front end of the web platform and the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) using the Foundation and SASS.

Working with the client, I redesigned the UI and UX for part of the staff dashboard used to manage clients and log and approval actions. I worked with a back-end developer to create and modify templates in Laravel.

I have also produced the promotional video for AEIP by writing scripts and providing initial creative direction.
